Dedicated Project Management

We treat every partner as a long term partnership and relationship. We start out with an eye to the future versus simply planning a site launch. There is a learning curve involved in launching and mastering a new site and system and we created a system to support you at every step along the way. ShopVisible project management is designed to provide the best resource to your project at each stage in our relationship.

Technical Project Manager

You are assigned a Technical Project Manager at the beginning of our partnership and together you define your business needs and gain deeper insight about the challenges you face. A detailed scope of work serves as a road map for your project, defining timelines for launch and deadlines for deliverables. 

Client Services Manager

As part of the standard consulting process, we assign you a Client Services Manager to guide and educate you as well as monitor your site once it goes live. We recognize that ShopVisible is an investment and we work every day to surpass your expectations for what your site can do. Your Client Services Manager is there to explain new platform features as well as answer questions. 

Production Manager

Your ShopVisible Production Manager leads the development of a creative concept to provide design, graphics, and an overall design concept for your site. Once the designs are approved, they lead the Production Team in creating a blueprint for your site’s functionality. After launch, your Product Manager is available to manage front end changes and additional development to optimize your site.
