During the definition stage, we scope out your project with you and our team of developers and product specialists. Together, we determine how to best match our technology with your unique business needs and map out a plan of action.

Implementation

Implementation marks the project kick-off and we immediately get started with development, site build-out, QA & UAT testing and providing training for your and your team on how to use the ShopVisible Commerce Solution.

Working with Us...

At ShopVisible, you’re assigned Dedicated Project Management team who works with you before, during and after the launch of your website. We understand that there is a learning curve associated with learning how to navigate the new site manager tools and we pair you with a team who can help you at each stage.

Technical Project Managers

Your Technical Project Manager oversees the implementation of your website and keeps you up to speed throughout every stage of the process. A detailed scope of work serves as a road map for your project, defining timelines for launch and deadlines for deliverables. 

Product Managers

Your Product Manager works closely with you and your Technical Project Manager and leads the creative conceptual development and planning for the overall design and graphical elements for your site. Once the designs are approved, your Product Manager will create a blueprint for your site’s functionality. After your site launch, your Product Manager can be engaged to manage front-end changes and additional development to optimize your site. 

Client Managers

Your Client Services Manager works closely with you to help you optimize and grow your business once your site has launched. They not only serve as your best resource for getting answers to questions but they also educate you on new platform features as well as help monitor your site progress.
