Request For Proposal
What is an RFP?
A Request for Proposal (RFP) is a clever document that is incredibly useful when interviewing ecommerce solution providers. An RFP is an official invitation to ecommerce vendors requesting proposals to criteria and services that you've outlined. Typically, ecommerce solution providers will answer these requests line by line. There are lots of options and no two ecommerce solutions are alike, so it's important to ask everyone the same questions to have a true comparison of apples to apples.
We've got you covered...
Since we know the ecommerce industry so thoroughly, we created a Request for Proposal (RFP) template that asks for responses to the questions you might not think to ask. As you review potential providers, we suggest that you use our RFP to organize and compare responses. In addition to the RFP template, we've included a glossery of ecommerce terms and other helpful information for you to use as you navigate though the selection process. There aren't any strings attached, our template is complentary. Download the RFP Template (Excel) here.
